Lauren is Herbein Financial Group’s* manager of firm operations.

In her multi-faceted role, Lauren oversees the implementation, reporting, and oversight of Herbein Financial Group’s day-to-day office information, financial, client reporting processes and systems, client service, and human resources. She is also responsible for the development and maintenance of Herbein Financial Group policies and procedures, as well as overseeing the technology infrastructure. 

In addition to working directly with firm leadership and managing daily operations, Lauren is involved in project management, client acquisition strategies, prospect research, and other client services. 

Known for her results-oriented approach, Lauren strategically manages Herbein Financial Group resources to ensure processes are standardized, smooth, and streamlined.
