Each year, we recruit at colleges and universities by participating in several activities and events such as alumni mentoring programs, career fairs, interviewing sessions on campus, class guest speaking, and more!
Our recruitment process for staff and internship-level opportunities occurs during the fall each year primarily. We conduct on-campus interviews arranged through each campus’ career center in September and October. We also conduct interviews at our offices. In October/November, we typically host a “Call Back” day for second and final round interviews with selected candidates. We also host activities throughout the year in our offices to provide opportunities for candidates to connect with our professionals and learn more about Herbein + Company, Inc.
