Drew An Brubaker joined Herbein HR Consulting in 2019. She is an experienced HR professional, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and Senior Human Resources Generalist prior to joining our team, as well as bringing experience in management, customer service, and mental health care.

Drew’s background includes expertise in operational and strategic HR functions. She has demonstrated success in human resources information system (HRIS) evaluation and administration, compensation analysis, process optimization, engagement action planning, and acquisition integrations. She combines this strong tactical expertise with her people-oriented personality to drive strategic HR functions including leadership development, supervisory training, organizational planning, and talent development. As an HR Consultant with Herbein, Drew has partnered with clients on a wide range of projects and enjoys solving evolving problems in a diverse array of industries.

Outside of work, Drew loves spending time cooking, camping, gardening, and hiking with her two dogs. She is a certified Zumba instructor, and her volunteer work supports her passion for eliminating childhood hunger, promoting blood donation, and coaching first-generation professionals.
