Alicia joined Herbein HR Consulting in 2017 with strong experience across the broad spectrum of HR functions. Prior to joining the Herbein team, she was an HR Business Partner and Sr. Organizational Development Specialist at an EdTech software company in the Philadelphia suburbs. Alicia enjoys developing personal relationships with her clients and partnering with them to take their leadership and organizations to the next level of performance.

In her time with Herbein, Alicia has had the opportunity to sink herself further into her passion area of compensation analysis and design. She is well-versed in conducting competitive market studies around total cash compensation (base and variable pay), and executive and board compensation, and provides sound recommendations for clients around competitive total rewards.

While compensation analysis and design is a specialty area, Alicia has partnered with clients on-site and on project assignments around a number of other HR initiatives, such as training development, talent/performance management, HR system selection and implementation, recruiting, employee benefits, and personnel matters. 

Alicia is a graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. She is a member of the National SHRM Society and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Alicia has completed coursework in compensation analysis and design through the esteemed total rewards association, WorldatWork, including their highly regarded Executive Compensation Immersion Program. She is also a Certified Performance-based Hiring Certified Recruiter and Certified Talent Acquisition Strategist through Human Capital Institute (HCI).

Herbein HR Consulting is a division of Herbein + Company, Inc., formed in 2021 when Mosteller & Associates joined Herbein.
