Ron Bolam joined Herbein HR Consulting in 2006 and has more than 30 years of experience providing executive search, human resources, and consulting services to a broad range of organizations and industries.

At Herbein HR Consulting, Ron handles executive search and has successfully placed senior-level executives throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Additionally, his functional search expertise extends into finance, sales & marketing, operations, HR, technology, and general management roles.

Prior to joining our team, Ron served as Manager of Corporate Recruiting for a Fortune 27 pharmaceutical services company. His responsibilities included strategic talent acquisition at all levels with an emphasis on technical, sales, and executive positions. Prior to that position, Ron spent nine years with The Vanguard Group—one of the largest mutual fund companies in the world—in progressively responsible roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Employee Relations Specialist.

Ron’s HR experience includes extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employment, employee relations, and staffing functions as well as a generalist background in compensation, benefits, and training. He’s recruited for positions at all levels of financial and service organizations and is particularly adept at matching candidates to position requirements and organizational cultures.

Ron continued his professional development by attending The Disney Approach to Leadership Excellence for HR Professionals, along with various other university training programs in organizational development, change management, diversity management, benefits, compensation, and career planning.
