Jeanine White joined Herbein HR Consulting in 2023.

Jeanine is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, talent consulting, on-boarding, career coaching, workforce planning, compensation, compliance, resource, and people management. She has worked in both in-house and agency settings for various industries, markets, and organizations, including premier global CPA advisory firms.

Jeanine is passionate about vetting and closing top-tier candidates with a keen focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). She especially enjoys creating the ultimate experience for candidates, employees, clients, and stakeholders by earning trust and serving all in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) capacity. She believes Herbein stands out with its future oriented approach, and a leadership team that genuinely cares about the team. In Jeanine’s view, individualism and diversity are equally valued at Herbein.

In her spare time, Jeanine loves to travel to visit old friends and create new memories. A mom of two grown children who are actively pursuing their own dreams, she takes pride in seeing them do so. Jeanine is also an active advocate for victims of domestic abuse and homelessness, particularly unhoused youth.
