Dorothy Stawinski joined Herbein as a Talent Acquisition Manager in 2023.
Prior to joining Herbein, Dorothy worked as a CPA for an international accounting firm and a regional firm, acquiring business development expertise and hiring staff before transitioning into recruiting and internal talent acquisition roles.
At Herbein, Dorothy recruits experienced professionals across all service lines for Herbein and Herbein Risk Management, a division of Herbein. She identifies top talent to fill open positions and seeks outstanding candidates for whom the firm can create positions that contribute to building service lines and our organization. Her experience as a CPA allows her to pinpoint the skill sets and personality traits that add value to our strategic plan.

Outside Herbein, Dorothy reads historical fiction and thrillers, and enjoys traveling, concerts, the theatre, and good films.
