Victoria Zefran joined Herbein in 2024.

In her role as Senior HR Consultant, Victoria works with clients on executive compensation, base compensation benchmarking and analysis, and incentive plan design to develop and implement customized competitive solutions that enhance an organization’s ability to attract, motivate, and retain talent.

Victoria has more than 20 years of progressive HR experience bringing compensation expertise along with broad HR perspectives to her role. When Victoria’s career in HR first began, she held various roles at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and the Department of Defense, where she managed compensation programs and developed solutions to enhance recruitment and retention.  Most recently, she served as a Senior Manager, Strategic Business & Talent Partner at The Hershey Company, where she was the principal HR advisor for the global supply chain leadership team, driving workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives. She also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner for US Sales, and Director of HR for Finance, where she consistently improved employee engagement, streamlined job evaluation methods, and facilitated organizational redesigns. 

Outside Herbein, Victoria enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and supporting her children in soccer.
