Sherry Duffy joined Herbein HR Consulting in 2000 with over 10 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining our team, Sherry worked for organizations in the financial services, technology, health services, and recreational and fitness industries. For those organizations, she was responsible for providing HR and various other administrative services to all levels of employees.

Sherry has worked with organizations that ranged from 15 to 250 employees. Her experience prior to joining the firm and during her tenure at the firm has provided her with a well-rounded knowledge of human resources operations. She continues to utilize her human resource skills as she manages several clients within various industries. She has managed the operations of single incumbent human resource functions, administered several HRIS implementations, revised employee handbooks, and policies, created processes, presented company-wide changes to employees, conducted human resource audits, assisted with compensation projects, processed payrolls, and coordinated recruiting efforts. In addition, she has worked with third-party administrators on benefits implementations and compliance.

In addition to her applied HR knowledge, she also has strong technical, presentation, organizational, and administrative skills. Sherry continues to further her education through various seminars on HR compliance with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and other organizations.

Sherry enjoys hiking, biking, running, walking, paddle boarding, spending time with family, vacationing, and exploring.
