Jeremy Flick is a human resources professional and process improvement specialist. He leads with charisma as he helps clients improve organizational processes in the areas of recruitment, culture, and onboarding as an HR Generalist and Recruiter. Prior to joining Herbein HR Consulting in 2020, Jeremy led recruitment, onboarding, and culture club initiatives at a mid-size digital advertising company in the Philadelphia suburbs. Outside of work, Jeremy is a songwriter and wedding DJ. He and his wife live in Lancaster County and are active members of their church.
