Gary Vickrey joined Herbein as Division President – Herbein Leadership Solutions in 2024. A recognized expert in executive coaching and development, conflict management, succession planning, and talent management nationally and globally, Gary specializes in the selection and development of senior leaders. Most recently, he has specialized in constructing and implementing Leadership Development Academies for leading organizations.

Before joining Herbein, Gary founded and led the leadership service line at a regional CPA firm, and as the president and CEO of JLS-Vickrey, where he established Leadership Development Academies for global organizations and professional services firms in the United States, Canada, South America, and Asia. With unique experience as the advisor for numerous family-owned organizations around the world and some of the largest automotive groups in the country, Gary serves a wide-ranging client base, including the chemical, financial services, pharmaceutical, construction, automotive, technology, and professional services industries.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Gary is an avid collector of Harley Davidsons and classic cars, that include a 1937 Ford and a 1960 Cadillac Sedan DeVille. His biggest joy in life comes from spending time with his wife, son, and daughter working on, restoring, and enjoying this collection.
