Deanna Giffin joined Herbein HR Consulting in 2015. Prior to joining our team to pursue a passion in becoming an effective human resource professional, she worked in financial services as a Senior Financial Services Representative.
Deanna provides a wide range of services including onsite support as interim or outsourced HR representation, ad-hoc consultative communications, and project-based assignments. She has hands-on experience and knowledge in many human resources functions such as payroll, HRIS setup and implementation, benefits administration, affirmative action planning, compensation, onboarding, file audits, creating processes and procedures, and compliance. She works with many small to mid-sized clients, some being family-owned, in a variety of industries including non-profit, distribution, higher education, residential construction, transportation, manufacturing and financial services industries. Deanna has strong research, data administration, organizational and administrative skills. In addition to on-site outsourcing services, she provides a full range of HR consulting services to current clients, including employee-handbook development and policy design.
Deanna continues to further her education through various seminars on regulatory laws and HR compliance.
