This webinar will cover individual and business tax issues and planning opportunities.

For individuals, Herbein professionals will address planning opportunities and estate planning issues, including those scheduled to sunset (change or go away).

Business leaders will learn about tax incentives and credits and state and local updates - and gain insight into potential impact from the November mid-term election.

  • Year-end strategies for individuals
  • Sunsetting of current extensions
  • Gifting exemptions


  • Implications of current year tax updates for businesses, including interest expense limitation updates and depreciation changes.
  • Learn about the new form Schedule K-2 and Schedule K-3 and possible filing exemptions
  • Tax incentives including cost segregation, work opportunity tax credits, research and development, and employee retention tax credits
  • State and local tax updates - including PA Update Section 179, installment sales, My Path, and other state issues
