Mackey Smith joined the firm’s Leadership Solutions practice in April 2024. As the VP of People and Strategy Consulting, he partners with clients on several service offerings, including:

Mackey's developmental workshops revolve around authentic introspection, both of the areas for improvement, and leveraging one’s strengths to achieve success. Mackey facilitates frequent workshops in areas that include:  Strengths-Based Leadership, Managing and Addressing Conflict, Empathic Listening and Communication, Addressing Generational Differences, and Influencing Behavior. Mackey is also fluent in Spanish, and regularly facilitates meetings in both English and Spanish.
