Amanda D. Jackowski serves as a partner in Herbein’s Audit and Assurance group, bringing over 15 years of experience working closely with privately held businesses across a variety of industries, including cooperatives, dairies, manufacturing, nonprofits, employee benefit plans, and large multi-entity organizations. She leads engagement teams for several of Herbein’s largest clients, including those with revenues exceeding $1 billion.

Amanda is known for her commitment to providing impeccable client service and for serving as a trusted business advisor. She takes a proactive approach to advising business owners and management teams, offering practical insights and tailored recommendations that help clients address challenges, identify opportunities, and achieve their long-term objectives. Her ability to develop strong client relationships is grounded in her focus on understanding each client’s business, industry dynamics, and unique goals.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Amanda plays an active role in developing future professionals at Herbein through coaching, mentoring, and leading the firm’s recruiting efforts across eastern Pennsylvania. Within Herbein, Amanda is actively involved in coaching and mentoring the next generation of professionals, believing strongly that developing others helps build a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional growth. She also serves as Herbein’s recruiting pipeline chair and lead college recruiter in eastern Pennsylvania, coordinating the firm’s presence at numerous college campuses and industry events.

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys cooking for friends and family, reading a good book, and spending time with her two tuxedo cats.
