Herbein Launches Specialized Educational Webinars Explaining the Transition to the New California Federal Milk Marketing Order

Herbein + Company, Inc. a regional CPA firm headquartered in Reading, PA with dairy clients throughout the United States recently announced a specific consulting service geared toward assisting California dairy processors with the new California Federal Milk Marketing Order.

The California Federal Milk Marketing Order will be effective November 1, 2018. Herbein’s dairy team has identified over two dozen significant differences from the California State Milk Marketing Order to the new Federal Order that dairies must understand and implement. Key differences include product costing, producer payments, new terms and definitions, new shrinkage rules, among many others.

To assist throughout this transition, Herbein has scheduled a series of three webinars that will review in detail each important change. Every attendee will receive the necessary education to effectively switch to the new Federal Order system. The webinars include a workbook that will be a useful reference during the transition.
