On Friday, Mar. 27, President Donald Trump signed the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act into law. The most expansive economic stimulus package in American history, the CARES Act followed the passage of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), and acts as its counterpart in many ways. Both have significant implications for American employers and employees.
