This prestigious recognition highlights Herbein’s commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace culture and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.
The award is particularly significant as it is based entirely on direct feedback from employee engagement surveys – and covered organizations across Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, and Berks Counties. We were also recognized with a “Clued in Senior Management” special award, which honors management that values team member feedback and uses those insights to make people-informed decisions.

At an awards reception held February 19, Herbein team members Keith Hoffman, Felicia Robbins, and Jeff Johns were in attendance, with Director of Human Resources Melissa Rebholz accepting the award on behalf of the firm.
