Herbein Wins ClearlyRated’s 2024 Best of Accounting Award for the 8th consecutive year
Clients of winning firms are 50% more likely to be completely satisfied than clients of non-winning firms
READING, PA (March 26, 2024) – Leading CPA advisory firm Herbein + Company, Inc. (Herbein) announced today that it has again won the ClearlyRated® Best of Accounting Award for providing superior client service. This marks Herbein’s 8th consecutive year of recognition. ClearlyRated is the leading provider of client and employee satisfaction surveys and service quality benchmarking for accounting firms.
Herbein received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 91.4% of its clients, significantly higher than the industry average of 50%. This year’s score is the highest ever received by Herbein since the firm began participating in the survey program in 2017.
The 2024 Best of Accounting award program recognizes client and employee satisfaction leaders in the accounting industry. Participating firms use the Net Promoter® Score (NPS®) methodology to collect feedback and measure satisfaction of their clients and/or internal employees. Only firms that earned exceptional satisfaction ratings that outpace industry benchmarks for service qualified for the 2024 Best of Accounting award. On average, clients of 2024 Best of Accounting winners are 50% more likely to be satisfied than those who work with non-winning firms.
