Award winning CPA advisory firm Herbein + Company, Inc. announces that Partner Chad Milton, CPA has been re-elected as president of the Delaware Board of Accountancy for a second one-year term.

With over 18 years of professional experience, Milton brings significant expertise to this leadership role. Licensed as a certified public accountant in both Delaware and Maryland, Milton has also earned a Certified Valuation Analyst certification.
As president of the Delaware Board of Accountancy, Milton leads the Board in protecting the public by chairing meetings, overseeing the development of professional standards, and guiding disciplinary proceedings against accounting professionals. As the presiding officer, the president facilitates key decisions about licensing requirements, regulatory policies, and enforcement actions while working with fellow Board members to maintain the integrity and public trust of Delaware's accounting profession.
