Ryen Salo joined Herbein in July 2024.

As Herbein’s client experience manager, Ryen is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Her key responsibilities include building and solidifying current client relationships, issue resolution, developing strategies to best cross-serve our clients, maintaining a robust, transparent, and conversational client satisfaction program, and ensuring that internal teams are working effectively to meet client needs.

Ryen has more than 10 years’ experience at a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup, where she excelled in leading teams and helping clients achieve success. Passionate about positively impacting others, Ryen thrives in offering targeted solutions and motivating her team to deliver outstanding results. By leading with empathy, compassion, and understanding, she has fostered environments where team members can enhance their skills, ultimately strengthening client relationships and driving business growth.

Outside Herbein, Ryen enjoys spending time with her husband and 5-year-old son, hosting dinner parties for friends, and reading.
