In her role as Marketing Manager, Rachel develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility, attract new clients, and support client retention. Collaborating with partners and practice leaders, she crafts targeted campaigns that highlight the firm's audit and tax expertise, creates content that educates and engages clients, manages digital and traditional marketing channels, and analyzes market trends to ensure alignment with the firm's strategic plan.
A solution and detail-oriented marketing professional, Rachel’s experience includes B2B and B2C marketing, website development, digital marketing, content management and creation, email marketing, sponsorship management, competitive analysis, and market research.
Rachel has more than 15 years of direct marketing experience. Prior to joining Herbein, Rachel served as the Growth Marketing Manager at ClearlyRated, a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup, where she honed her skills in email automation, content creation, graphic design, and marketing strategy. Prior to that, Rachel was the Marketing and Client Service Manager at Barnes Wendling CPAs, specializing in marketing strategy and client relations.
Outside Herbein, Rachel has a busy life spent on the soccer fields, playgrounds, and planning playdates with her husband Matt and 3 daughters, Madison, Mackenzie, and Mila. In her spare time, she loves to run, ride the Peloton, and enjoy some wine with friends.
