Biography

You can’t win together if you don’t work together. Nick Saban
James (Jim) Burke joined Herbein in July 2024.

In this role, Jim identifies and engages potential clients, nurtures relationships, particularly in the financial service industry, and drives the sales process to successful closure, while providing consultative services to clients in the financial service sector, as needed.

Jim has more than 30 years of managerial and sales experience in commercial banking. Most recently, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at FNCB Bank, where he was responsible for oversight of the Bank’s commercial lending, retail lending and retail banking units. Prior to FNCB Bank, he held progressive managerial roles in financial services, including serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer at Wayne Bank where he was responsible for the overall sales, service, and operations of the commercial banking division in Pennsylvania and New York.

Outside Herbein, Jim enjoys spending time each fall attending his son’s college football games.
