Applying Dairy Product Costing to Finished Products Webinar

This session will build on the dairy pricing concepts introduced in Session 1. We will take Federal Order price announcements and show how to calculate the dairy cost of various finished products.


Some of the products we will calculate are: 2% fluid milk gallon, half & half quarts, cheddar cheese, ice cream mixes, yogurt and cottage cheese. We will review the differences between pricing conventional milk and organic milk and conclude with an interesting section on dairy math.
