Michalak named Partner at Herbein + Company, Inc.
HERBEIN + COMPANY, INC. announces the admission of James A. Michalak, of Reading, Pennsylvania, as a Shareholder of the firm. Michalak is a member of the Accounting and Auditing Department and leads the Asset Based Lending service group.
Michalak is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Michalak received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Alvernia College.
