The IRS has stepped up enforcement of various regulations affecting nonprofit and government-related entities. In 2010, the IRS began revoking the tax exempt status of organizations not in compliance with the regulations. This revocation continues, as well as other monitoring and enforcement of exempt organization regulations including penalties for noncompliance. We’ll highlight the areas of increased focus to ensure your organization is complying with the regulations and maintains good donor relations.

Topics Will Include
